Apart from the obvious cheep jokes I could put down with your simplistic question, I think I would like to know some history.

Not only medical but what has this foot been wearing of late. Also some ROMs would be good.
The other foot - don't want to ignore it.

It is a classic charcot related deformity (not necessarily diabetes related).

It will need some off loading for sure. How to .. and materials...and the footwear...?

I would suggest Custom shoes with custom tri-lam inserts. Offloading of Rocker bottom with insert and inside of shoe. Rocker sole, height and rocker depending on ankle ROM.
Offloading of the medial prominence (rotated navicular?)
Why is the other foot in a cam walker? Charcot present in the left foot?

Hi Senkfuss, thas what we have found and done, the limited ROM at STJ as much a result of the charcot as it was being locked in a cam boot too long l feel
